His passion for recovery is deeply personal. Having received freedom from addiction in 2012, Ryan understands both the struggles and the hope that come with the recovery journey. This lived experience fuels his dedication to creating a safe, structured, and transformative environment where individuals can reclaim their lives, reconnect with their families, and rediscover their purpose.

Under Ryan’s leadership, Via Dolorosa Recovery is more than just a treatment center—it is a community of restoration, built on accountability, compassion, and the belief that freedom is possible for anyone willing to take the first step.

Alexis Barker - Operations Director

Alexis has a genuine heart for helping others and understands firsthand the struggles that come with addiction. Having witnessed restoration in her own family and friends, she knows that recovery is possible and that hope is real. Her passion is to walk alongside others on their journey, offering support, encouragement, and connection to the resources they need.

Logan Barker - COO

Logan has been experiencing freedom since 2019, and his life today is defined by service and purpose. With a heart for developing others, Logan is dedicated to raising up strong leaders, building business owners with integrity, guiding men to become faithful husbands, and encouraging them to be present fathers.

His own journey of transformation fuels his passion to invest in the lives of others, showing that restoration is not only possible but sustainable. Logan’s leadership style is rooted in service, mentorship, and the belief that true success is measured by the impact we leave on our families and communities.

David Thornberry - Outreach/Intake

David is passionate about connecting people with the resources they need to begin their recovery journey. With a strong background in community outreach, he builds meaningful relationships, partners with local organizations, and raises awareness about substance use disorders. Through his work, more individuals and families are introduced to the life-changing opportunities at Via Dolorosa, where hope and healing begin.

Amanda Collins - Program Director

Amanda brings both expertise and compassion to her role as Clinical Director at Via Dolorosa Recovery. With a strong background in counseling and addiction treatment, she is dedicated to creating individualized care plans that meet each client where they are. Amanda leads with professionalism and empathy, ensuring that clinical services not only meet high standards of care but also foster real growth and healing. Her leadership supports both clients and staff, building a culture of accountability, encouragement, and lasting recovery.

Billy Hall - APSS

Billy is dedicated to guiding individuals toward lasting recovery and personal growth. With a strong commitment to helping others, he uses his own experiences to connect with people who are facing the challenges of addiction. Billy is passionate about showing men that there is a way forward—helping them move beyond struggles and discover the freedom and purpose that come with recovery.

Kyle Coyle - APSS

Kyle is passionate about healing and recovery, bringing both personal experience and a deep commitment to helping others find freedom. With multiple years of sobriety, he leads by example—showing men how to focus on real solutions instead of remaining stuck in their struggles. Kyle’s leadership and encouragement inspire others to believe that lasting change is possible.
